William Davis

Bill Davis has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry developing expertise in nearly every aspect of the business.

Before joining CSG-PR, Bill served as Senior Vice President, Investments for Old Mutual Capital, the retail distribution unit of Boston-based Old Mutual Asset Management. He moved to Colorado in 2004 to help manage the launch of the Advisor’s operations in Denver. Bill was also a member of Old Mutual’s Investment and Product Development Committees, where he was actively involved in the development and execution of overall business strategy.

Prior to coming out West, Bill held senior management positions with AEGON/Transamerica in Florida. While at AEGON, he served as Vice President Investment Manager Oversight, and headed up Investment Marketing for the mutual fund and variable insurance channels. It was in this capacity Bill began cultivating relationships with many of Wall Street’s – and Denver’s – finest money managers. He also authored a weekly market letter that was distributed to the broker/dealer community.

Bill began his career as a stock broker with Smith Barney. During his time as a financial advisor, Bill hosted a talk radio program, “The Money Show”, for nearly five years.

He holds a BA degree from Eckerd College with concentrations in Marketing and Management.
